BARREL BORN the First –
a very special Viennese collaboration.
Together instead of alone, with our friends from BREW AGE we went to the Fasskeller!
Some call this combination of the most creative beer heads of Vienna, with a variety of ideas we finally brought the project BARREL BORN into the world. The focus is to process very special beers in many different ways.
An “original beer” (Dubbel) was brewed which was stored in a wooden barrel in which our in-house beer brandy had previously been stored for 5 years.
